Ingredient-amount notice
BreathiZen names five ingredients: mullein leaf extract (10:1), ginger root extract, bromelain powder, organic lemon extract and organic Cordyceps militaris fruit extract. We could not find a printed amount for any of them, nor the liquid base or other ingredients. Always read the Supplement Facts panel on your own bottle. Seller materials also differ on dosing format (dropper or pump), so follow the directions on your bottle.
Interaction warnings
Bromelain, ginger and cordyceps may add to the effect of blood thinners and antiplatelet drugs. Bromelain may raise the absorption of some antibiotics. Cordyceps and ginger may lower blood sugar and may affect the immune system. Anyone with a pineapple, citrus or latex allergy should avoid it. Anyone who takes prescription medication, has a medical condition, is pregnant or nursing, or faces surgery should speak with a doctor first.
