BreathiZen is a daily liquid dietary supplement for adults, taken as oral drops, that combines five named plant-based ingredients (mullein leaf extract, ginger root extract, bromelain, organic lemon extract and organic Cordyceps militaris fruit extract) to support everyday airway comfort and lung wellness.

The five named ingredients
Mullein leaf is a traditional herb for chest and throat comfort. Ginger root is known for soothing properties. Bromelain is a pineapple enzyme studied for swelling and mucus. One caveat: only the mullein extract ratio (10:1) is published, and that describes concentration, not the dose in a drop. No amount for any ingredient was found, nor the liquid base or other ingredients.
Why a liquid?
A liquid can be taken under the tongue or stirred into water, which suits people who dislike capsules. The trade-off is that you rely on the label for the dose, and a seller's claim that liquids absorb quickly isn't backed by data we could find for this formula.
How you take it
The seller's how-it-works graphic shows one to two dropper squeezes under the tongue or mixed with a glass of water, once a day. The seller's other web page describes a different dosing format, so follow the directions printed on your own bottle and don't exceed them.
What the brand says about quality
The seller says BreathiZen is a 100% natural formula made in the USA in a GMP-certified, FDA-registered facility. These are the brand's statements. FDA facility registration is not product approval, and “natural” has no agreed legal definition for supplements.

It is designed for adults who want a plant-based daily routine for breathing comfort. It is not for anyone under 18, anyone pregnant or nursing, people allergic to pineapple, citrus or latex, or anyone on blood thinners, diabetes drugs, immunosuppressants or antibiotics without a doctor's agreement.
